STIKO has designed its own filling station for diaphragm seals!
STIKO produces (instruments with) diaphragm seals to suit hygienic and chemical applications. To avoid damaging the gauge and seal components during assembly and testing, our technicians use special equipment. Our professional filling stations are efficient in the optimal filling of the set “instrument – diaphragm seal”. During the filling process the chemical seals are being vacuumized at both sides. We use numerous filling liquids and can fill 42 units at the same time.
Chemical seal assemblies can also be used with pressure transmitters, transducers and switches.
